Responsibilities Include
- Provide comprehensive technical support to coworkers.
- Research, resolve, and respond to inquiries.
- Diagnose and troubleshoots end user computing problems including analyzing the problem, identification of appropriate resources, testing of proposed fixes and follow-up to ensure the problem has been resolved.
- Assist with activities to triage and escalate any system or network outage to reduce downtime.
- Assist with technical projects
**Qualifications**:
- Troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment
- PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment
- Networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP)
- Supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experience
- IT client, server, and network service delivery experience (opcional)
- Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience (opcional)
**Requirements**:
On-Site Position in Hermosillo, Sonora
Knowledge of networks (Installing WLAN, LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS)
Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Shell, PowerShell)
Corrective and preventive maintenance of PCs (Proper configuration of both hardware and software)
Relational or non-relational databases
Knowledge of Linux terminal (Executing commands, analyzing logs, containers)
Control of network devices such as printers, servers, phones (optional)
Active Directory (optional)
