Technician**Bay Property Management Group is seeking a Remote IT Technician.

**Education**Associate degree and/or 3 to 5 years PC, MAC and LAN management experience.
Two plus years of IT support experience including butnot limited to all Microsoft Operating systems.
**Experience**Thorough knowledge of Microsoft and MAC (Windows 10, Windows Server and AD, MAC OS) in an enterprise environment.
Fundamental network knowledge is a requirement.
The position will be supporting both Enterprise PC's and remote MAC / PC's.
**Duties**- Provide general remote ITDesktop support; provide complete first levelof support.
Follow proper account request procedures, create, delete and change user's access.- Help train new users with new software and system changes.- Configure, repair, and maintain computer and server hardware, software and network equipment.
Document and log all activities, update inventories, control logs and task lists.- Keep Manager informed by using, updating and maintaining helpdesk systems.
**System Supported**Dell Optiplex Workstations, Dell Servers, Apple iPhones, MAC Pro's, Cisco Switches and Routers, Juniper Pulse Secure, Active Directory, Zoom, Teams, Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft AD Sync, Microsoft Terminal Servers, QuickBooks, Sonicwall Firewalls (IPSEC, Routing, Firewall Rules, etc.
