- The effectiveness of the interventions is guaranteed (diagnosis quality, temporary services offered, respect of the delays of (re)making available, answers to the requests of the operational maintenance on breakdowns and corrective action plan to avoid the recurent problems)
- The efficiency of interventions is guaranteed (means implemented, cost of IT services, adapted use of hotlines and supports),
- The technical and operational documents are compliant and updated (park management, lists of materials and software, source files, backups, training materials...)
- Guarantee of computer safety rules in the factory, (inform users)
- Incident tracking and escalation to the internal or external expert level
- Archiving and updating all technical documentation and backups
- Improvement of the skills maintainers 1st level (maintenance personnel sectors trained in the establishment of the first diagnosis)
