Join our global, agile team and help us influence and drive PepsiCo's digital transformation!**Responsibilities**:**What will you be doing?**- Ensures at operational level support processes oriented to end user for LAB across the region- Develops governance processes and key metrics to ensure compliance and consistency for Executive Support capabilities oriented to cover VIP users requirements.- Manages directly vendors and coordinate other IT teams to provide timely solution.- Ensures the implementation of CTO continuous improvement process driving proofs of concept.- Runs pilots E2E and new capabilities testing related with CTO services.- Provides feasibility for transformation objectives and alignment with IT transformation agenda.Qualifications:**Who are we looking for?**- +3 years of experience as processes leader / IT support coordinator- Experience with desktop, end-user, and videoconferencing tools- Experience in Agile methodology acting as product owner, scrum master, or agile coach (desirable)- Knowledge of User Experience design (UX)- Experience in RPA processes implementation- Experience or formal knowledge about the Digital Transformation journey- ITIL foundations V3 experience or certification required- Requirements/Business Analysis- Incident Management experience- English fluency (mandatory)- International experience in worldwide multinational enterprises**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation package- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs
