Together with the customer, we deliver top performance!For one of our Client in the Insurance Segment, we are searching for a Java Tech Lead.**Responsibilities**:- Independently lead complex technical initiatives within your team.- Mentor and lead developers by cultivating curiosity and deep technical understanding.- Explore technical needs and bring solutions to the table.- Set the technical strategy for your team.- Ensure highly interactive response times.
