A career with Kerry offers you an opportunity to shape the future of food while providing you opportunities to explore and grow in a truly global environment.**About the role**:As a Maintenance Leader, your responsibilities include supervising and managing preventive and corrective maintenance, analyzing equipment obsolescence for replacement planning, and overseeing building maintenance for plant operations.**Key responsibilities**:- Oversee equipment execution and management in the plant.- Identify process improvements for productivity growth.- Analyze SAP maintenance trends for cost-saving opportunities.- Develop and update work procedures to comply with international standards (FSCC 22000, ISO 14000:2005, ISO45000, COFEPRIS, SENASICA, NOM STPS).- Supervise contractor work for plant improvements, ensuring quality and safety compliance.- Coach leadership teams on analyzing significant failures affecting OEE indicators and develop action plans.- Create new KPIs aligned with department goals.**Qualifications and skills**:- Engineering Expertise: Proficient in chemical, electromechanical, or electronic engineering.- Personnel Management: Over 10 years of experience in managing personnel.- Process Knowledge: Skilled in spray dryers, mixers, raw material transformation to finished products, and automatic packaging.- Industrial Services: Familiar with industrial services and maintenance software (SAP, POWER BI, etc.).
