**We are searching for the best talent for **JJOS BUSINESS EXCELLENCE SR. MANAGER **to be in JUAREZ, CHIHUAHUA.**
**Purpose**:
Responsible for the execution and deployment of the Johnson and Johnson Operational System JJOS for the sites or EM's and functions in the scope, including the Product Value Stream Management deployment.
He/she conducts, analyzes, designs, and improves the business process leveraging tools and processes from enterprise and deploy until adoption on the different platforms supported, in addition to this the JJOS Sr. Manager drives the strategy and cost improvement activities for Internal Make and EM's sites supported having Managers reporting to him/her.
**You will be responsible for**:
Under general direction and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
- Conduct business engagements and coach on JJOS/JJPS for all CSS sites.
- Owns and leads the JJOS / JJPS projects portfolio that includes cost improvement projects and capability building initiatives.
- Responsible to develop and track adherence for CSS metrics and support strategic Business cycle.
- Is responsible for the meetings standardization and governance for CSS.
- Owns CSS Performance Management
- Is responsible to track projects related to quality, supply chain and costs reduction.
- Collaborates and work in a team with different functions of the company.
- Will act as leader of a team of individuals that reports directly to other functions.
- Creates sustainable improvements using JJOS/JJPS health checks and projects pipeline.
- Follows up and observes all the regulatory requirements (GMPs, ISO, FDA, internal policies) applicable to the area of responsibility.
- PVSM deployment and support ensuring proper on boarding for new members and standardization across CSS.
- Directs his/her subordinates according to the applicable policies and laws.
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
- Responsible for ensuring subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition.
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Performs other duties assigned as needed.

- Completed bachelor's in engineering.
- Generally, Requires 8-10 Years Work Experience.
- Must possess knowledge and experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, DMAIIC, JJPS. etc.).
- His/her experience must include Six Sigma and lean manufacturing methodologies, project management and a strong knowledge of inter-functional relations.
- Must be capable of communicating, either orally or by writing, about the improvements that projects that have had a great impact to the business have had.
- Must have ability to understand and translate customer needs.

- JJOS experience
- Certified as Lean Green Belt or Black Belt and/or Six Sigma as Green Belt and Black Belt.
- Strong knowledge of computer packages such as Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and other similar software.
- Must possess demonstrated analytical capacity.
- Strong finance acumen
- Must possess excellent communication skills, orally and in writing.
- Bilingual, English - Spanish.
- Good interpersonal relations and ease of communication.
- Demonstrate capacity to direct other people.
- Proven knowledge of change management (Change in the integration process).
