**What you'll do**:This position is responsible for American & Swiss ledger accounts transactions, Freight transaction review and analysis for end of month. Ensure compliance to SOX guidelines and participates in SOX audits and reviews; reviews forecast by business unit and by manager, **Control of expenses and review open PO's by R1817, and takes actions as necessary.** Maintains open communication with manager, SCM teams, and Eaton Financial Services to ensure prompt attention is given to issues that may occur with suppliers.Promotes and applies the continual improvement initiatives of the company as well as looks for opportunities to improve particularly in own area of responsibility. Responsible for actively participating in all Continuous Improvement activities in area of responsibility by effectively utilizing EBS processes and tools, such as ELSS. CIF, PRO-Launch, EQS and others as applicable.**Qualifications**:- Accounting or Business Degree- Experience with AP Modules and processes and enterprise systems particularly Oracle- 1+ experience years in an AP capacity- 1+ experience years in an accounting capacity- English Intermediate- Financial and Account Analysis skills- Responsible / Team player- Positive and Proactive Attitude- Focus to projects management- Communication skills- Personal Computer Skills- Knowledge of manufacturing customer and supplier practices and procedures.- Service Attitude- This position required to have : Intermediate level for: 5's, SW, BPS, and TVSM, and Foundation level for VSM.**Skills**:Record any measurable statistics which the position impacts, such as expenses or production volumes, maintenance expenses, sales, payroll costs, capital expenditures, budgets, purchases, value of inventories controlled, employees supervised (direct and indirect), etcResponsible for payables totaling Approximately $50 Million per year
