**Responsabilidades**:
- Must be able to install, upgrade, configure, deplay, and emove computer hardware, software and peripherals.
- Provide exemplary customer service support to the end users.
- Consistently follows issues throught to resolution and/or completion.
- Produce timely and detailed service reports.
- Support all company procedures and protocols.
- Document and communicate all issues and their resolution.
- Maintains and Develops technical documentation and standards.
Calificaciones:
- Grade: Systems engineering or related career
- Languages: English 85%.
- High sense of urgency and customer service oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpresonal skills.
- Manage time well, correctly prioritize lasks.
- Excellent problem solving capability.
- Able to manage and balance near and long term work, shift priorities as needed.
- Ability to identify areas improvement and help incorporate them into shared workflows.
- Positive, customer-friendly attitude with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Windows 10, Office 365, Network and PC troubleshooting, PowerApps.
