About this role In this position you will be responding tickets and chats from DXC employees about payroll related issues or doubts from Canada, USA and LATAM.
What You'll do: Processing and responsibility for correct and timely payroll calculation in accordance to legal requirements and all labor law requirements and company agreementsActive support of employees, their managers and clients in areas of Payroll service (CRC, email) in regards to income tax, social security and all others inquires that belong to Payroll operations aspectsPreparing ad hoc reports related to payroll process, analyzing them and giving appropriate expertiseProcessing payroll transactions in accordance to the procedures and legal law requirements in the countries, that the service is providing for with the highest time and quality standards agreed with clientResolving complex queries from the client and support in resolving escalationsWho you are: Good oral and written communication skills (Advanced English).Strong analytical skills.Great management of computer skills.Joining DXC connects you to brilliant people who embrace change and seize opportunities to advance their careers and amplify customer success.
