As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and adaptable Junior Recruiter to join our remote team. As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and placing candidates in various roles for our clients. Nice to know :) this position is part-time and offers a base salary plus commissions for successfully closed positions. Principal Activities Candidate Sourcing utilizing various channels and job boards. Screening and Interviewing candidates via video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Present profiles to our clients, coordinate interviews with them and take responsibility for the end-to-end process until the search is successfully covered Align candidates' qualifications and career aspirations with suitable job opportunities. Maintain and update our candidate database with accurate and detailed information. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the application and interview process. Qualifications Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Friendly and approachable with a genuine interest in helping people find jobs. Open and curious to learning and using different tools and platforms. Previous short experience in recruiting, HR, or a related field is preferred but not required. Why Join Us?
