Jr. Sales Analyst

**Responsibilities**- Distribution of weekly and monthly demand-related reports- Communication with Outside Sales Representatives for active lead capture (new business)- Interpretation of data provided by OSRs to convert storytelling into data sets compatible with our demand planning platform- Data retrieval from our ERP (SAP Business by Design) and CRM (Insightly) platforms for use in sales reporting- Support in the development of new demand planning strategies- Collaboration with direct management aimed at reducing forecast error- Understanding of the K2 product line and solar racking general function for better understanding of consumption trends- Maintenance of active lead information and weekly consolidation of demand data reports- Analysis of product, product family and account trends to provide corrective suggestions related to the demand plan- Agreement on weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans to meet objectives set by management**Requirements**:- Industrial Engineer / Finance & accounting / Systems Engineer- English advanced- Understanding of the standard demand planning process- Experience (preferred) or awareness of functionalities offered by PowerBI- Microsoft Office Suite - Excel (intermediate - advanced), PowerPoint and Outlook- Experience using VBA and Macro-programing- Experience with ERP usage - SAP BusinessByDesign preferred- Experience with CRM management- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing- Self-directed and manage workload to complete tasks in a timely mannerhydride (1-2 days Office / 3-4 days home office weekly)**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- VBA & Macro-programming: 2 years (preferred)- Power BI: 2 years (required)- ERP SAP: 2 years (required)- Excel advanced: 2 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)
