Align and agree commercial plans with customers (local negotiations including Convenience, Distributors and Modern Trade).
This role is based in Acapulco Guerrero and Chilpancingo site with the expectation to work 5 days per week.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing Organizational Mindset: Perform business reviews with customers in their territory to strengthen the business relationship with their customers.
Strategic Mindset: Trading volume sales of all categories with each client, according to estimates from each of their accounts (DSF).
Drive Results: Visit the premises of their customers (offices, distribution centers and RE) to find opportunities to improve the rotation of our products also give feedback commercial activities in POS (competition, launches, OOS, etc.)

Builds Effective Teams: Together with other business areas, identify opportunities by category and channel, their territory in the CORE (share, inv.
asset depletion, mixing and performance scanner) customers.
We're Looking for Someone With Professional Career: Bachelor's degree.
Knowledge required on: Local market dynamics, Modern Trade key customers, Proximity Channel & HFS (Distributors) and Key customers across geographies.
(Desirable).
Preferable knowledge of English 80%.
Proven skills required: Negotiation and operational Discipline.
