To retain and develop top talent, we foster a work environment that celebrates creativity, encourages skill development, and enables multidisciplinary collaboration.**What you will bring to the team**:**What you will be doing**:Your typical day as a Junior Pre-Sales Solution Architect will involve:- Provide technical support in the Toshiba Solution portfolio, in conjunction with other members of the Sales team, to serve our retail clients and prospects to Install, configure, operate TGCS Hardware and software products and Services.- Establish and maintain a close working relationship with business partners within the LATAM region and assist them with technical support and training.- Develop, present, and demonstrate Toshiba solutions with the Sales team in group meetings emphasizing salable features such as company vision, strategy, retail hardening, product/systems architecture, flexibility of design.- Responsible for the Showroom and Demos available for customers in our office in Mexico.- Responsible for achieving the revenue, profit, and product objectives assigned primarily to specific accounts and in support of Latin America region.- Provide guidance to our customers for the use of the Support tools and the Support team available to solve problems.- Provide input and consultation into the Product Development Organization with "Voice of Customer" requirements, enhancements, solutioning, etc.- Maintain up to date and accurate expense plans, sales activity tracking and related databases.**Naturally To be successful in this role, you must have and know of**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Software Development, Computing, or equivalent.- Recent graduate without experience.- Selling skills are necessary, and the ability to build relationships, actively listen, and provide strategic guidance.- Problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary to understand client requirements, identify potential challenges, and propose appropriate solutions. The ability to think critically and offer innovative approaches is important.- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.- Advanced English.**Preferred skills**:- Previous experience in pre-sales technical expertise to the sales team and customers during the sales process is a plus.- Knowledge and experience in retail and store-based solutions is a plus.- Proficiency in configuring devices on both Windows and Linux platforms
