Responsibilities Client Interaction : Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
Issue Resolution : Identify and resolve any logistical problems or discrepancies that arise during transport and delivery, escalating complex issues to higher management if necessary.
Order Management : Oversee the progress of shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Maintain up-to-date records of shipments and client interactions.
Service Improvement : Work with clients to understand their requirements and provide recommendations for optimizing their logistics processes.
Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on client satisfaction, service performance, and any operational issues.
Collaboration : Coordinate with internal teams, including dispatch, warehousing, and operations, to ensure smooth logistics operations and address any client-specific needs.
Compliance : Ensure all logistics activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Requirements Fluent english skills is a must Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: +4 years of experience in logistics or customer service, preferably in a field-based role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to travel to client sites.
