Global Logistics company is looking for their Guadalajara (Zapopan) branch the position of **Key Account Manager for the Automotive Industry**The focus of the Key Account Manager is on maintaining customer relationships, assessing client-specific needs, and promoting the services of the company to achieve the revenue goals. The KAM will develop strategic partnerships with customers to understand and anticipate business needs to ensure business objectives are being met.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Responsible for executing the account strategy and management to improve quality of relationships, product penetration, revenue share, supplier status and ranking.- Serve as a customer advocate, accountable for escalation and proper customer positioning on all issues pertaining to customer satisfaction.- Provide overall management of new, existing portfolio and information relative to the customers including implementation of new procedures, quotes, contract agreements, routing, ad-hoc bids, and special projects.- Reporting to management and clients on KPIs to track client activity.**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Operations Management or an equivalent **combination of logisitics, air freight, or supply chain experience required.**:- Must exhibit excellent communication skills at all levels.- Must possess excellent customer service skills with the ability to grasp extensive knowledge while dealing with a variety of people and personalities.- Must be a highly motivated self-starter with the desire to acquire additional responsibilities.- **English speaking ability at Advanced level (required)**:- **Experience on Automotive accounts such as Tier 1 and OEM (required)****ECONOMICAL OFFER**- Salary: Starting with $35,000 MXN per month - before taxes- Benefits based on Mexican Law- Insurance of Major Medical ExpensesTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: A partir de $35,000.00 al mesHorario:- Nocturno- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayoresPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuentas con nível de inglés para mantener una conversación de negocios?- ¿Cuántos años tienes de experiência en manejo de clientes de industria automotriz?- ¿Qué tipo de clientes de industria automotriz has manejado?
