We are looking for a CHIEF KITCHEN (Playa Es Figueral)who will be responsible for food production, menu planning, budget management, and staff training within the kitchen area, all offering differential service and flawless customer service.


Duties of the Head ChefPreparation of menus.Supervise the different games: Maximum person responsible for verifying that the game leaders carry out their tasks appropriately.Monitor chamber temperatures, expiration, and product shelf life.Team management: Train and inform your team about work instructions, policies, and work operations.Cost control.Inventory monitoring.Planning of the personnel in charge.Requirements5 years of previous experience.Training in the field of restoration.Organization, neatness, responsibility, creativity, innovation, critical thinking, collaboration, and autonomy.What do we offer?Discontinuous fixed contract of 10 months duration.Salary €30,000 – €35,000 gross euros per year.
