**Position Summary**1. Support the achievement of business goals by partnering with and providing consulting to clients when identifying L&D(Learning and Development) opportunities and solutions.2. Prioritize budget execution based on the accurate understanding of the business environment to maximize L&D capability and its effectiveness on business.3. Share L&D resources and best practices, and maximize the competency of L&D staff through networking.**Role and Responsibilities**1. [Planning L&D strategy] Follow the establishment of L&D(Learning and Development) strategy, annual operational plans, budget allocation, and KPI(Key Performance Indicator) aligned to the business objectives and organizational competency management.2. [Establishing and operating L&D infrastructures and policies] Coordinate strategies for knowledge management resources, social learning initiatives/programs, and acceleration plans for building learning culture.3. [Planning and managing projects] Support project planning, management of stakeholders/person in charge of a project, project execution, and process review.4. [Competency assessment and L&D effectiveness evaluation] Support evaluating learning solutions and projects, competency assessment and the decision-making upon profit.**Skills and Qualifications**- A skilled or highly-skilled specialist that completes tasks in resourceful and effective ways- May contribute to the development of concepts and techniques as well as complete complex tasks in creative and effective ways- Works on assignments, including complex assignments, requiring considerable judgement and initiative- May determine methods and procedures on new assignments- May mentor or coach team members- Typically requires a minimum 5 years of experience since TB1
