**Job Summary - Labor Procurement Analyst**- This role is responsible for analyzing industry trends, tracking procurement performance metrics, and identifying improvement opportunities. The role contributes to the development and execution of strategic sourcing plans and collaborates with internal and external partners to meet procurement objectives. The role works on optimizing the supply chain in collaboration with other departments while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The role entails learning from senior team members about business priorities, utilizing supply chain tools, and maintaining accurate procurement records.**Responsibilities**- Analyzes industry trends and procurement performance to support a supply category, and reports results of analyses to a procurement manager.- Conducts data analysis to track procurement performance metrics, reviews them on a regular basis, and leverages insights to identify opportunities for improvement.- Performs tasks as assigned and applies experience to align individual work with overall strategy using discretion and judgment.- Contributes to the development and execution of strategic sourcing strategies to achieve business goals and financial objectives.- Supports in the development of an actionable plan for a sourcing program across the various spend streams while protecting quality and service levels, ensuring a well-structured procurement program.- Collaborates with internal and external partners to engage with partners projects and meet procurement objectives.- Works with senior members of the strategic procurement team in an observer capacity to learn about business priorities.- Learns to utilize supply chain and financial modeling tools under the guidance of experienced team members, to assist them to manage supply chain activities.- Maintains accurate procurement records and documentation, and ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in procurement activities.**Education & Experience** Recommended**- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.- Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in procurement, supply chain, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.**Preferred Certifications**NA**Knowledge & Skills**NA**Cross-Org Skills**- Effective Communication- Results Orientation- Learning Agility- Digital Fluency- Customer Centricity**Impact & Scope**- Impacts immediate team and acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input.**Complexity**- Responds to routine issues within established guidelines.**Disclaimer
