Eaton's IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Labor Relations Analyst.**What you'll do**:**PRIMARY FUNCTION**:Provide business direction by planning, organize and control labor relations activities as well employee services, consistent with Eaton policies to achieve site objectives.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:A. Implement and administer policies and procedures consistent with corporate and plant guidelines to ensure consistent and fair administration.B. Assist in the preparation of contract negotiation with the local union. Administers the grievance and disciplinary process, interprets contract language and advises on day-to-day matters related to wages, benefits and working conditions to maintain a consistent, fair and equitable treatment of employees and competitive stature in the marketplace.C. Coordinate or assist in documentation gathering and represent the company position in labor relations proceedings associated with contract administration and employment practices.D. Assist in the areas of salary and compensation planning and administration.E. Assists in the preparation of corporate and/or government required reports relating to employment date and employment practices, including foreign employees and relates processes.F. Strengthens employee retention and engagement through establishing initiatives, programs or projects with integrated efforts from all functions.G. Coordinate employee services such as cafeteria, transport, taxi, cleaning, uniforms, company cars, employee ID´s, water supplier, among others, assuring a high performance and employee satisfaction according with assigned budget.I. Promotes the company's mission and vision by actively supporting Eaton's ethics and values as well as quality policies.J. Motivate and coach employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality through effectively utilizing available rewards and recognition channels to encourage and promote desired behaviors and results.**Qualifications**:A. College degree in administration, business, psychology or similar.B. English - language capability, speaking, reading & writing required.C. 3 years experience in automotive industry.D. Compensation and labor relations knowledge.E. Strong leadership skills must be capable of leading their organization on a continuous journey of sustained improvement.**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**A. Position requires some travel.B.
