What You'll Do Ensure compliance with applicable Company HSE (Health, Safety and Environmental) performance standards, as well as applicable regulations. Ensure the execution of labor relations policies, practices and agreements. Act according to DN ethical and legal framework of Mexican job regulations and the Labor Union Contract. Train and provide orientation to managers and supervisors on matters related to labor relations policies, practices and agreements. Responsible for labor relations documentation and reports. Keep abreast of labor laws and collective bargaining. Verify a proper personnel payment (payment of incentives, overtime, work disability, vacations, alimony, etc.). Execution of policies and procedures (including suspensions from work, remove a worker from certain area, etc.). Improvement of personnel KPIs (related with Labor relations). Seek and integrate activities to promote diversity and equity according to the Mexican Legal Framework between the unionized members. Promotion of a healthy work environment. What We're Looking For: BS Degree in HR, Business or administrative field experience. 1-3 years in labor relations, Union claims and negotiations. Understanding of Labor Union Contracts. Experience with collective bargaining agreements. Administration of benefits and compensation. Ability to communicate with others effectively in both written and verbal. Ability to negotiate, set agreements to achieve the best possible outcome for the Organization. Ability to seek a mutual benefit and maintain fairness relationship. Decision making ability. Ability to demonstrate and maintain focus, keeping calm, with stable performance when under pressure or in a crisis. Bi-lingual (Spanish and English). SAP or similar HRIS capability.
