Key Responsibilities:
- Check availability of trucks with our portfolio of vendors for allocation in system according to the request of our customers.
- Executing operational efficiencies according to our business model, One way truck services, 3 points for availability of container equipment in our depots.
- Proactively monitors and manages the end to end shipment process in compliance with all company procedures.
- Ensures services are delivered to the customers as promised and/or that the customers are kept informed of relevant deviations.
- Builds strong relationships with the customers.
- Understands the customers' business drivers and leverages them to continuously improve cooperation and process to the mutual benefit of the company and the customers.
We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in international trade, international business, international relations, transportation engineering or any other related career.
- 2 years of experience in the execution of movements especially in reefer cargo for any FCL (Full Container Load) truck from any port, first or last mile.
- Intermediate - advanced English.
- Ease of speech, problem solving, 100% operational profile.
- Intermediate handling of Excel, Word, Outlook, SAP.
