This shift within the DX (Demand Accelerator) service at GCC demands a deep understanding of market needs to effectively support Business Unit (BU) requirements.As DX evolves, maintaining close customer interactions is crucial. The demand for DX services, driven by customer needs and an ever-changing market, requires agile capacity management and prioritization. GCC teams deliver over 15 diverse DX services, each varying in usage and complexity across markets, characterized by high volumes, seasonality, and unpredictability.As the LATAM Demand Workforce Planning Lead, you'll be a key partner in managing demand, ensuring top-quality support from GCC, and fostering strong partnerships to drive customer success.Collaborate with sector Points of Contact (POCs) during the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) to craft a comprehensive annual demand plan for each DX service.Work directly with Business Unit and Customer teams to adjust demand on a quarterly and monthly basis, managing the prioritization of unexpected demand requests.Partner with Global Capability Center product leads and managers to ensure our teams have the capacity to meet market demand.Establish clear decision-making processes and accountability frameworks across Markets, Sectors, and Global teams, allowing demand insights to inform chargeback and resourcing.Lead governance meetings with sector teams to maintain alignment and drive success.Your ImpactAs a LATAM Demand Workforce Planning Lead, your contributions will include:Capturing and aligning expected service demand, including estimating non-forecastable demand or capacity needs.Leading demand prioritization activities with in-market teams, using established frameworks and escalation processes.Gaining a deep understanding of current solutions, tools, frequencies, and outputs in the market
