OLX Autos is a thriving new company born to bring digital solutions to the decades-old problem of selling and buying used cars.In our Marketing Department, we are seeking a Head of CLM- Customer Lifecycle Management who will be responsible for directing the Marketing automation area and assessing whether automation marketing efforts are effective within an ROI and a full-funnel approach. This is an enticing opportunity to partner with other marketing areas and with c level management regarding marketing and business outcomes.**¿Which are going to be your responsibilities?**- Report to the head of Marketing and C-Level executives of the company on the metrics and performance of the area.- Drafting and report to C Level of the company regarding metrics and performance of the area- Plan and ensure key strategies for every market and coordinate efforts within staff to ensure its development- Ensure all the budgeting plans ensure campaigns scope, positiontioning and met global brand standards- Manage and work closely with teams for measurement and proper usage of resources and foster teamwork to ensure the correct implementation of automation marketing campaigns.- Work with global and regional managers to outline roadmaps and other managerial tools to develop revenue targets, enhance sales outcomes and impact the global marketing strategies.- Advise teams to discover- Coordinate plans and programs within the CLM Area with key stakeholders to ensure area strategies enhance leads generation and create sales opportunities.- Identify improvement opportunities in the CLM area with measurable efforts- Raise awareness about CLM best practices (clusterization of clients, integration of campaigns with SMS, instant messaging and push notifications- Ensure all the budgeting plans ensure campaigns scope, positiontioning and met global brand standards- Update KPIs of the CLM area and analyze dashboards data to identify improvement opportunities**Required skills and capabilities**- More than 10 years of experience in Marketing- Knowledge of MailChimp, HubSpot and CRM platforms for marketing automation use.- Experience in automation tools for SMS, instant messaging and Push Notifications.- Interest in copywriting and Design Thinking will be valued as a plus.**What do we offer?**- Indefinite contract with the company- Complimentary health insurance- Free days- Yearly bonus- Free access to MyAcademy, e learning platform with access to more than 1000 courses.
