At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**_ Currently we´re looking for: _**_LATAM Quality Control Food Safety Jr. Coordinator_****Responsibilities**:**Accountabilities**:- Ensure diffusion and compliance with PepsiCo Global Food Safety Policies within manufacturing facilities focusing on the production of consistent and safe foods and reinforcing Food Safety culture across PMF Ops.- Standardize Operational Quality and Food Safety Practices across Region to ensure compliance with different audit schemes and hence meet both regulation and customer's requirements and guarantee business continuity.- Develop talent through technical training and constant consultancy with Food Safety coordinators in manufacturing facilities. Ensure that Food Safety teams will have the tools required to communicate both business and regulatory requirements to the rest of the organization and develop best practices within the organization.- Establish KPI's to monitor the performance of Food Safety Management Systems and Prerequisiste Programs to timely detect risks and create a continuous improvement oriented culture allowing productivity- Follow audit schedule to verify compliance with both internal (Product Integrity Matrix) and external standards (GFSI schemes) to ensure Manufacturing Plants certification. At the same time, requesting action plans with deep root cause analysis to reinforce risk mitigation controls avoiding regulatory and food safety non conformances
