You'll be the driving force behind hiring exceptional candidates across our bustling Mexico City hub and vibrant locations in Brazil, Colombia, and Argentina. In this important role, you'll know how to manage an engaged, high-performing team and will be able to roll up your sleeves and recruit top talent yourself. You will own external recruitment agencies relationships and strategies to be mutually successful.
