**_What Quality Compliance contributes to Cardinal Health_**Quality develops and implements quality policies, procedures, and processes to ensure products and services comply with regulatory standards and specifications.Quality Compliance is responsible for the development and deployment of policies, procedures and programs designed to minimize risk, enable compliant business operations, products and services and drive uncompromised supply chain integrity.**_Qualifications_**- 6+ years of experience, preferred- High School Diploma, GED or technical certification in related field or equivalent experience, preferred**_What is expected of you and others at this level_**- Comprehensive knowledge in technical or specialty area- Performs the most complex and technically challenging work within area of specialization- Preempts potential problems and provides effective solutions for team- Provides guidance to less experienced team members- May have team leader responsibilities but does not formally supervise- Cardinal Health supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience and background.
