- We are currently looking for a
- **LD&T Coordinator - Fresh Graduate**

**Main Purpose**
- The purpose of this role is to provide tactical operations support involving order entry, and appointment scheduling while using transportation knowledge and logic to secure valuable appointments while validating important information for key selling points. The nature of the work is proactive and must be able to alert key stakeholders on potential service gaps. This role is responsible for customer appointment scheduling, requesting and finalizing, to ensure all expectations are met.

**/ Responsibilities**T- imely and accurate order entry with requesting and setting Pickup and Delivery appointments for Customers assigned-
- Managing dispatch board and Customers assigned to identify how to manage the day to day needs of each customer-
- Proactive shipment tracking and custom alerts for known anticipated service gaps-
- Proactive communication with key stakeholders regarding any known anticipated delays-
- Participate in after-hours or weekend duties as needed during peak seasons**Qualifications**

**Qualifications / Requirements**- Strong passion for customer service and logistics excellence- Ability to manage high volumes of data integrity and maintain accuracy in the process- Ability to learn and update brokerage transportation management system- Willing and able to be flexible to step outside of the normal day to day scope when bandwidth allows to support additional scheduling needs or Track and Trace efforts- Strong team player and committed to teamwork in all situations- Willingness to embrace change and all other assigned duties for the greater good of the team
