Use engineering knowledge and tools to complete and ensure completion of multiple project subtasks. Interact with internal customers to facilitate the development of products according to customer requirements. Lead and make decisions for the costs of the programs and plans on the problems of heat transfer products. Prioritize work packages, cross-functional resources, and drive overall product/program performance.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Direct responsibility for the assigned product line. Lead the resolution of technical problems that affect the production of components and the operation centers.
- Resolution of problems with a high sense of urgency. Leadership across multiple disciplines using Design for Six Sigma principles.
- Strong experience in design and manufacturing of Heat Transfer components.
- Clearly and consistently conveys simple or complex ideas at all levels.
- Technical manager of Heat Transfer products.
- In charge of projects of producibility, productivity and capacity.
- Responsible for the introduction of new products.
- In charge of the definition of SOWs (Scope of Work) for the acquisition of new equipment, business case and technology evaluation.
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- 6+ years' experience in Engineering function
- Strong experience in manufacturing processes for Heat Transfer and eperience in the aerospacial industry
- English proficiency
- Strong oral and written communication skills to positively lead others
