- Plans and directs the implementation and ongoing administration of the Confidencial HCM system in support of short and long term HR goals. This position is accountabr the successful delivery of Confidencial projecr a givnctional área globally, using project management methodology and providing hands-on leadership and direction to the team.
- This position is responsibr the mapping Confidencial business requirements, business process design and integrated systems including technical requirements, documentation and change management alignment.
- Contribute to knowledge management capital through activities such as sharing documented lessons learned, Q&A and documented deliverables. Ensure relevant documentation is kept up to date.
- Manage upgrades/newly definenctional & regional configurations (in consultation with core WD team)
- Provide a proactive interface between HR client groups and the Confidencial team to ensure effective coordination and delivery of Confidencial implementations
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with HR COEs, HRBPs and other stakeholders. Communicate client groedback to leadership as appropriate.

Knowledge and Skills:

- Strong program and project management skills. Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and technical communication skills
- Ability to collaborate on multi-disciplinary projects, often on global teams
- General knowledge of Confidencial Core HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, including Shared Participation, Benefits, Security, and Reporting
- Build reports to support HRBP and COE requests, including advanced, matrix, and trended reporr standalone use or inclusion on dashboards
- General knowledge of calculatelr use in reports and in business including Shared Participation, Benefits, Security, and Reporting
- Good understanding of Confidencial security, including Importante empresa maintaining domain Importante empresa and troubleshooting intersection security
- Ability to lead effective meetings and briefinr internal and rnal representatives. Must often coordinate efforts betwenctional áreas or members of an nded project team.

- Successful record of building and improving operational processes and procedures, ability to drive program efficiency and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated program ownership and consistent delivery on commitments - great organizational skills with exceptionllow through and attention to detail.
- Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and communicating dandings, Importante empresa establishing and tracking program metrics including return on investment.
