Conduct Process led workshop, Configure CCE & Setup the product in the ISB Lead the Implementation of Transact Modules Create and review the functional specification document Analyze and resolve functional errors in T24 Liaise with users and departmental managers on issues and requirements relating to T24 and training Attend meetings with system vendors and play an active role in systems development where T24 interoperability may occur Mentor and support the Team Analyze and validate all Client business requirements and relate them to TEMENOS products capability Define and validate customization needs for TEMENOS products as per agreed business definitions Make recommendations on best banking practices to the Project Manager Technical skills: In depth understanding of financial and banking processes T24 knowledge and experience using all modules Excellent understanding of Core, AA Account, AA Lending, AA Deposits, Accounting, Temenos Payment Hub, Treasury, Corporate & other core modules Strong awareness of Industry and market developments Good overall company knowledge Soft Skills: Ability to provide face to face and remote support Cross functional awareness Good Communication (both verbal and written) Business and customer service focused Flexible, Team player Troubleshooting and Problem-solving skills About Aspire: Aspire Systems is a global technology services firm serving as a trusted technology partner for more than 275 customers across the globe.
