**Job Details****What will you do?
**We are looking to strengthen our Financial Reporting and Analysis Team in our Center of Excellence by hiring professional who deliver several critical Finance Reporting and Analysis (FRA) functions for our Applied Americas Product Business Unit (PBU).
The role requires regular business interaction with the PBU Ops Controller, Plant Controllers and will provide exposure to the PBU's Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
**How will you do it?
**- Supports financial planning activities of the businesses through the preparation and analysis of various centralized financial business process related projects and reports highlighting operating performance- Support PBU Financial Planning Cycles (Monthly Outlook, Quarterly Forecast and Annual Budget)- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas below standard margin above gross margin- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance, providing insights and decision-making support to the business- Support Plant controllers helping them drive expected metrics with valuable ad-hoc analysis and reporting- Promote consistency in financial reporting to business partners- Support Month end close activities, support Jr. members and drive any ad-hoc requirements that could arise**What we look for?
**- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance- 6+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis- Strong customer and business orientation and desire to develop business acumen- Advanced MS Office skills- Hyperion Enterprise and Essbase knowledge highly required, One Stream is a plus.- SAP knowledge will be a plus.- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.- Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to influence across the organization.
