Lead Financial Analyst-Lsa Controllership

JOB DESCRIPTIONAssist with the identification, documentation, and resolution of accounting or financial control-related issues.Own the preparation of key monthly and quarterly reviews as assigned by the Sr. Manager of Controllership. Appropriately address opportunities identified during reviews.Provide guidance and support to region affiliates during the monthly close process. Monitor close progress and partner with area leaders to help ensure a timely and accurate close.Perform ad-hoc analysis, reconciliations, and reporting.Review unique and non-recurring transactions for US GAAP compliance.Coordinate between global business services teams, corporate and local finance support teams to support controllership-related and other projects.Help implement new accounting standards and other transformative finance projects (historical examples include lease accounting, ERP rollout, acquisition accounting).Assist with compiling and reviewing internal and external reporting schedules.Identify and implement process improvements.Drive integration of accounting with acquired entities, provide support to help acquired entities succeed.Role Requirements5 to 7 years' experience in accounting and/or controllership functions. Audit experience, especially Big 4, is a plus.Bachelor's Degree required, MBA, MAcc, and/or CPA is a plus.Demonstrated US GAAP accounting knowledge.Strong organizational skills: high attention to detail, consistent follow-through.Strong ERP, MS Office, and Excel skills; experience with SAP andGroup Reporting is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
