This includes maintenance and renewal of the current CBA. The LR Lead will be responsible for the communication strategy with unions and employees. The professional will also be the Point of Contact of the Union Delegates which will be assigned at some point.As a Lead Labor Relations, you will be responsible for:Provide consistent interpretation and administration of labor agreements and promotes a union/management climate conducive to achieving corporate goals.Responsible for pre-Bargaining research, creating briefings for officers, working on subcommittee assignments and the development and distribution of all major Bargaining documents.Formulate and implement the organizations labor relations policy upon approval.Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in relation to labor related matters.Responsible for economic and cost impact analysis, as well as general research and analysis of the labor relations environment.In some cases, may provide training or mentoring to less experienced staff, and may provide feedback for the evaluation of new staff.Planning for the Annual negotiation which will include deep review with Corporate C&C/Intl LR/Legal teams.Develop Strategy for delegates assignment.Union Activation and Legitimization.Budget PlanningSupport Voting SessionsManage the internal and external communication and training.Requirements for this opportunity:Education: Typically, bachelor's degreeExperience: Typically, min of 3-5 years of experience in a related field.Experience: Union within Call Center Environment is preferred.Must be bilingual; fluent in English comprehension, speaking and writing.The position is hybrid, is required to go to a local office 3 times per week.Your future is calling.
