Your day-to-day will consist of the following:Lead/manage industrialization of global products from the award phase up to series productionEnforce proper requirements managementDevelop the production line concept with optimized material flow, estimated cycle times, and traceability conceptAttend the regular project meetingsCreate and maintain the Manufacturing Engineering project schedulePrepare, organize, and attend the milestone build datesDrive and track P-FMEA, respecting Functional Safety aspectsPlan, define, procure, and track needed process technology and equipment for productionParticipate in escalation meetings on the program management level and with customersYour BackgroundKey ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline5+ years of work experience in the Automotive Industry, preferred in manufacturing engineeringBilingual – proficient in English speaking/reading/writingAbility to work and live in a global network environmentOutstanding knowledge of lean conceptsExcellent project management skillsStrong problem-solving capabilityWhy join us?You can grow at Aptiv.
