In-market teams are agile and equipped to understand consumer needs, provide focused attention to dealers, and respond more quickly to local market conditions.**Job Summary**:The incumbent is the key resource to drive Social Media Strategy, CRM, Marketing Operations including Marketing Budget Reporting & Financial Tracking, Dealer Marketing Support Programs & best practices, Market Intelligence & Customer Insights, Company fleet management & supporting New product (segment) Go to Market (GTM) strategy, working closely with the Marketing Head and extended Marketing team of Asia Emerging Markets, Regional Marketing teams, local sales teams and dealers, for the Asia Emerging Markets region, covering Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Korea, Taiwan & Hong Kong and neighboring geographies.The Marketing Lead will play a pivotal role in supporting Marketing of following areas: Motorcycles, Parts & Accessories, Apparels & Licensing, Museum and/or events and other support functions. The profile will report to the Marketing Head of Asia Emerging Markets (who reports into the Managing Director)
