**Key Responsibilities**
- Leads the engineering effort to develop electric generators and motors, develops work package structure, leads creation of cost, integrated schedules and milestones for components and system developments
- Provides direction and oversight for project team
- Leads prioritization of work packages, design goals and objectives, and component/ system integrations
- Oversees preparation, review and approval for documentation and deliverables
- Uses enterprise-based business tools to achieve project planning and cost objectives
- Meets design objectives and requirements for development hardware & software across multiple COE's
