Instruct employees new hires or cross training using documented processes/procedures and engage with teammates and trainees to deliver consistently high- resulr our customers while maintaining compliance to standards.Essential Responsibilities: Provide trainir direct employees, whether it is new hires or cross training.Inspects new hires assembled product/material 100% during trst day.Welcome new hires.Execute standard work agenda on daily basis.Coordinate and conduct onboardir all new Stryker Tijuana Operations Manufacturing employees.Monitors the Productivity, and training effectiveness of each of the operators during the training stage.Generates applicable records to demonstrate the performance of operator under training (learning curves).Ensures people mandatory Corporate training and completions on SLMS.Collaborates in the monitorir compliance with the dress code of the personnel who work within the controlled room.Helps in detection of training needs depending of the results of employee's learning curve.Communicates to the Training Specialist any nonconformance with the QMS or Training procedures.Train Manufacturing employees to a variety of products across multiple business units and lines using standard and/or non-standard tools, equipment, and procedures.Woom engineering blueprints, verbal instructions, and documented assembly proceduresAdhere to established procedures and practices.Instruct trainees on all aspects such as, SAP, SLMS, systems/documents, LEAN principles, and safety.Conduct GEMBA walks to ensure training is being applied, is aligned to need, and to identify onboarding program improvements, where necessary.Explain and present MDI metrics to new and existing employees.Partner with supervisors, operations, and engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.Be an advocate within the team/departmer company mission, business goals, and achievement of team-specific performance expectations.Support and contribute to standard work instruction creation and/or maintenance.Make recommendations to supervisors on eligibility of trainees to progress to an open assignment.Partner with operations leadership to deliver on departmental requirements, needs, and goals.Work with Advanced Operatior new product introductions, align onboardingMarginal Responsibilities: Help with massive training requirements (Communication, Policies, etc.)
