Description of Duties:

- Coordinate lean activities needed to assure continuous improvement according MPS.
- Lead, direct, and monitor the work of the MX Lean department.
- Maintain and improve processes and procedures and prioritizes product/process improvement initiatives.
- Provide engineering expertise and/or support to other departments where needed.
- Promotes and lives the Munters Core Values.
- Implement MPS management system in Mexico
