As a Learning & Development Associate you will be working alongside our L&D team to analyze and further develop our learning and development for the organization.If you're passionate about data, developing new talent and team performance with an interest in community safety and institutional efficiency. check out what we're offering below. **This is a 1099 Contract**.**_ Required Skills/Abilities:_**- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong presentation skills.- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.- Ability to design and implement effective training and development.- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.**Responsibilities**:- Ability to analyze the effectiveness of team members' training and workshops develop appropriate modification as needed- Complete appropriate course creator training and certification for internal LMS and related tools- Assist with any relevant projects related to learning and development and support business needs- Create new and enhance existing digital learning material for new and experienced team members to reduce ramp time and increase win rates- Prepare evaluation criteria of such material to ensure content absorption and consistency- Track training objectives, results against those objectives, and capture feedback on training sessions- Ensure the compliance of team members to cooperate with standards and procedures during training sessions- Provide support and mentoring for team members while conducting an evaluation and identifying sections where improvements are needed**Requirements**:- 2+years of training and facilitation experience required.- People and collaboration skills; effectively working across multiple levels, roles, teams, and functions in the organization
