You'll analyze and administer policy evaluation and implementation. This is an excellent opportunity to ensure the success of LearPICS implementations throughout North America.All second-level support for LearPICS sites is provided by all members of the LearPICS team. You're gonna serve as liaisons between plant IT and other corporate IT groups.**YOUR TASKS WILL BE**- To Moderate IBM iSeries (AS/400) operations and program experience.- To travel (past history suggests around 30% on average).- To on-call support (many of the locations we support are in operation at least two shifts, some run 24 hours a day).- To provide manufacturing experience with ERP/MRP (automotive, preferably).- To coordinate software, hardware, human and financial resources, in order to achieve project goals.- EDI experience is a plus.- Prior familiarity with LearPICS is a plus.**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**- Bachelor degree in IT, Systems or equivalent.- Programming experience (is a must).- Customer service experience (is a must).- 6+ year of experience (automotive industry).- To require limited supervision.- To manage a broad functional area.LI-DNI
