If that sounds like a challenge you want to help tackle, we want you to join our team!- Drafting of documents related to compliance with the Hydrocarbons Law, Agrarian Law and Civil legislation regarding the acquisition of the Right of Way.- Detection of irregular properties.- Propose strategy for the appropriate legal figures for each case, to execute contracts in the surface needed to acquire for the Right of Way.- Drafting contracts on social property and private property for the acquisition of the Right of Way.- Attend Assemblies held by Agrarian entities.- Attend meetings and requirements from Local and Municipal entities.- Work with areas other than Legal in the acquisition of the gas pipeline right of way.- Attend to the formalities and requirements set forth in the Hydrocarbons Law, its regulations, and the secondary regulations that have been issued for the purpose of acquiring the Right of Way.- Comply with the internal policies of the company, as well as the Law.Minimum qualifications- 3 to 8 years of experience practicing in México in a leading firm or in-house; - Desirable advanced English.- Ability to communicate written and verbally in both languages.- Ability with office information systems package (word, excel, outlook).- Ability to work under pressure.- Travel will be required; - Values as integrity, reliability and discretion are indispensable.About our businessTC Energy is a leading energy infrastructure company in North America.
