**Responsibilities**:
- Legal support for international gambling projects.
- Comprehensive analysis of international legislation in the field of gambling business, ensuring company compliance with all requirements and regulations.
- Participation in licensing and regulation: cooperation with regulators and licensing authorities of various countries, preparation and submission of necessary documents for obtaining and maintaining licenses.
- Opening companies in foreign jurisdictions: organization and support of the process of opening subsidiaries and representative offices.
- Obtaining regulatory documents: responsibility for obtaining all necessary regulatory documents and licenses.
- Creation, proofreading, and analysis of contracts: development, editing, and analysis of international contracts.
- Opening and maintenance of bank accounts in foreign banks.
- Legal analysis of markets/countries/regions.
- Negotiating with counterparts and representatives of foreign companies in English.
- Interacting with legal firms in foreign jurisdictions.
- Passing checks (due diligence/KYC/AML).
- Assessment and management of legal risks: conducting legal risk assessments, developing strategies to mitigate and optimize them.
**Our Expectations**:
- Higher legal education.
- Experience in gambling business and international legal practice for at least 3 years.
- Deep knowledge of international legislation in the field of gambling.
- Experience in licensing and interaction with regulators.
- Analytical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of licensing and regulation processes in the gambling sphere, experience in interacting with regulators, and successful license acquisition.
- Experience in creating, proofreading, and analyzing international contracts, as well as the ability to amend existing agreements.
- Ability to conduct analysis of international legislation, identify potential risks and advantages for the company.
- Proficiency in English sufficient for legal matters.
- Experience in establishing and maintaining partnership relations with legal firms in foreign jurisdictions.
**Preferred**:
- Knowledge of Spanish language.
