Legal Intake Specialist Pi

**Please submit resume in English!**A Viva Engage client is seeking a skilled Intake Specialist to be part of their legal team!

**Requirements**:

- English fluency, able to read, write and speak with complete ease and near perfection
- This position is work from home and requires you to have reliable high-speed internet and a reliable computer
- 1 Year of Customer Service Experience
- Ability to work in California hours and United States holidays (you will receive paid time off for U.S. Holidays).

**Relevant experience in legal or office settings is not required but is preferred.**

The Basic Job Duties of the position are as follows:

- Follow up calls to gather missing information from new or potential clients
- Receiving phone calls and helping qualify potential new clients
- Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard
- Drafting and proofreading general correspondence and court documents

**Job Type**: Full-time, Independent Contractor.

**Benefits**: paid time away from work, Monday to Friday schedule, 40hrs a week.
