(Lens Insource) Manager, Software Development

**_Responsibilities_**- Provides guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members**_ Knowledge & Skills_**- Advanced technical knowledge of complex software systems, including enterprise, middleware, firmware, and embedded systems- Strong experience in software development, systems engineering, or software product management.- Expert business acumen and knowledge of root cause analysis and problem detection- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language- Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at senior management levels**_ Scope & Impact_**- Impact of decisions can often alter product timelines by multiple quarters- Impacts efficiencies and delivery times across all software teams, takes responsibility for the quality of deliveries- Proactively and effectively interacts and partners across different departments within and outside the software engineering function**_ Complexity_**- Moderate to high**_ Education & Experience_**- Bachelor's degree in relevant area or demonstrated competence. Typically 7-10 years of General/owner experience.
