- Technical and disciplinary authority to issue directives to assigned operators within shift and area of responsibility.
- Manages, organizes and directs production employees assigned to their operation.

- Ensure completion of the Handling of non-conforming product process.
- Ensure the correct quality, safety and environmental conditions established in the company policies.
- Promotes a harmonious work area, is a key player in the service of direct personnel and provides support when required.
- Monitors the correct identification of materials and sends non-conforming products to quarantine and immediately notifies appropriate personnel when processes are non-conforming.
- Escalates problems and provides feedback to personnel in charge.
