RESPONSIBILITIES:- Coordinate attendance to cultural events, entertainment events such as concerts, and sporting events, providing clients with tailored recommendations based on their preferences.- Arrange hair, nail, massage and other wellness appointments for our clients at salons and spas across Italy, enhancing our clients' overall travel experience.- Work closely with travel agents to understand the clients' interests and preferences, crafting personalized itineraries that encompass the best of Italy's dining and lifestyle offerings.- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurants, salons and spas as well as other luxury service providers to ensure seamless and privileged access for our clients.- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, addressing inquiries, and offering proactive suggestions to enhance their travel experience.- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected challenges, ensuring that clients receive support and solutions promptly.- Stay updated on the latest trends in fine dining, lifestyle experiences, and luxury travel to provide clients with cutting-edge recommendations.- Manage all reservations and logístical details to ensure smooth execution of travel plans, collaborating with other departments as needed.JOB REQUIREMENTS:- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, particularly in the high-end travel industry.- Proficiency in English; conversational Italian is an advantage.- Exceptional attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.- Outstanding communication skills- Possess a professional, proactive, resourceful, positive, and team-oriented attitude.- Ability to follow direction and work independently with self-motivation.- Strong tolerance to stress and can work effectively and efficiently under pressure.- Exemplary work ethics and can-do attitude.- Computer literate with knowledge of Excel.- Prior experience as a concierge is a bonus.KEY RESULTS:- Enhance client satisfaction with Perfetto Traveler's services.- Ensure our clients restaurant experiences match with their dining preferences- Ensure any and all dining/spa reservations work logístically with the clients' itineraries- Be proactive in making, adjusting and canceling reservations within a timely mannerBENEFITS:- Competitive compensation.- Annual performance bonus.- Opportunities for continuous professional growth within the company.- **Please submit your CV and cover letter in English.
