We seek an individual who is highly organized, proficient in handling tasks and responsibilities, and possesses familiarity with Gmail, Google Calendar, Excel, and Word**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Scheduling: Managing and organizing appointments, meetings, and events for executives, professionals, or teams.- Calendar Management: Maintaining and updating electronic or physical calendars with accurate information about appointments, deadlines, and important dates.- Coordination: Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to schedule meetings, coordinate availability, and ensure smooth execution of events.- Documentation: Keeping detailed records of appointments, changes in schedules, and any relevant information for future reference.- Prioritization: Understanding the importance and urgency of different appointments or events to effectively manage conflicting schedules.- Communication: Acting as a liaison between various parties, including executives, clients, and staff, to convey scheduling details and ensure everyone is informed.- Problem Solving: Handling unexpected changes or conflicts in schedules by rearranging appointments or finding alternative solutions.- Software Proficiency: Utilizing calendar management software and tools proficiently to maintain and update schedules efficiently.- Time Management: Efficiently organizing and optimizing schedules to maximize productivity and minimize conflicts.- Adaptability: Being flexible and adaptable to accommodate last-minute changes or urgent scheduling needs.- Confidentiality: Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information discussed or scheduled within the calendar.**Experience and Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Juris Doctor or any related field- With legal background (highly preferred)- At least 1 year of related work experience- Efficiently manages schedules, appointments, and deadlines.- Organized approach to tasks and responsibilities.- Familiar with Gmail, Google Calendar, Excel, and Word.- Proficient in creating comprehensive reports.
