Our customer-facing teams' confidence, technical success, and overall effectiveness will depend on this individual's efforts combined with the larger team.Livefire was incubated ten years ago as a program to showcase the "art of the possible". Our Solutions Architects determine ways to solve real business challenges and take that information to our audience. With input received directly from engineering and our stakeholders you will be part of a global, dynamic team that develops and delivers content in a variety of traditional and cutting edge modalities: PowerPoint, video, virtual trainer, and hands-on labs. If you are looking to develop your own skills, maximize the potential of others, and drive VMware solutions in a global role, then the Livefire team might be a great fit for you.**Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?**Develop and deliver advanced technical content and support our global alumni community within the Multi-Cloud and Automation solution area as follows:- Within 30 days of joining the team, you will become familiar with Livefire processes and procedures and attend at least one Livefire session. You will also become competent in at least one current module (both lecture and labs) and be expected to deliver that module.- Within 60 days of joining the team you will become competent in at least four current modules (both lecture and labs) and be expected to deliver those modules.- After 60 days, you will be expected to fully participate in team discussions related to content: updating or creating as needed, providing feedback from attendees, and voicing your own experience and opinion.- After 90 days you will be in a position to assist partners and field personnel with their needs outside the classroom: Statement-of-Work reviews, architecture and design assistance, reverse shadowing of customer engagements, and other assistance as needed.- Within 6 months of joining the team, you will be expected to understand and be able to deliver all modules of one current course- After one year on the team, you will be expected to fully participate in all team activities, including leading the development of a course, understanding all modules of each course, and supporting our field and partner communities with needs outside the classroom
