Management responsibilities include disciplinary action up to and includingdismissal.**General Job Description**:- Plans, directs, and controls all operations in the assigned location in a way that provides the maximum service to customers while maintaining a cost effective operation while meeting all company standards.- Selects, trains, supervises, evaluates, and motivates a subordinate staff which includes Service Agent, Sr. Service Agent, Courier/Handler, and Couriers to maintain an efficient and effective operation.- Controls and effectively utilizes manpower through planning, organizing, and scheduling to minimize loss of time, working within the framework of the capital and operating budgets.- Monitors station performance reports; performs in-house and vehicle package audits; and monitors package sort.- Ensures compliance with applicable company policies and operating procedures.- Monitors and verifies delivery records, courier pick manifests, billing documents, case sales recap, and petty cash reports.- Ensures emergency support, safety procedure compliance, country labor law compliance, and any other management support necessary for the effective operation of the station.- Coordinates ODA deliveries with outside Ground Agents.- Provides subordinates with information on pay, benefits, company policies, practices, and all other Operations and personnel related issues.**Minimum Requirements****Minimum Education**:- Two years (2) years College Degree/Equivalent.**Minimum Experience**- Three (3) to Five (5) years business experience, including two (2) years previous experience in the airline or transportation industry.
